The current and current data protection regulations allow you to exercise before the data controller your rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion («right to be forgotten»), limitation of treatment, portability and not being subject to individualized decisions:
The interested party —through the exercise of this right— can know what personal data of his or hers are being processed by SeeYouZooM, its purpose, the origin or its possible transfer to third parties and, in such case, has the right to access the same.
It is the right to obtain from the Responsible of Treatment, confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning the person concerned is being processed and, in such case, the right of access to them. If so, he has the right to obtain the following information:
- Type and category of personal data processed
- Origin of the same
- The purposes of the treatment
- The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations
- The expected period of conservation of personal data, or the criteria used to determine this period
- Existence of automated decisions, including profiling, and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic applied, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the person concerned
When the Data Controller processes a large amount of data relating to the person concerned and the latter exercises their right of access without specifying whether it refers to all or part of the data, the Data Controller may request, before providing the information, that the interested party specify the data or treatment activities to which the request specifically refers.
The right of access may not be carried out at intervals of less than 6 months, except duly justified legitimate interest.
If he is going to request the exercise of the right of access, he must indicate this point in the request, as well as the identification of the treatment or treatments on which he exercises the right of access.

It is the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data that concerns you and to complete incomplete personal data, including through an additional declaration.
The interested party will have the right to request SeeYouZooM to rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete, and must specify in the request what data they wish to have modified.
In addition, the application must be accompanied by documentation that justifies the inaccuracy or incompleteness of the data.
If you are going to request the exercise of the right of rectification, you must indicate it in the request, as well as the identification of the treatment or treatments on which you are exercising the right of rectification.

It is the right to oppose at any time and for reasons related to your particular situation, that the person responsible for the treatment carry out the processing of personal data that concerns you based on the exercise of a mission of public interest or in the exercise of public powers. or in the legitimate interest of third parties, including profiling.
- The person responsible for the treatment will stop processing the data unless compelling reasons are proven that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or are necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims
- If data is processed for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, the person concerned will have the right, for reasons related to their particular situation, to oppose the processing of personal data that concerns them, unless it is necessary for the fulfillment of a mission. made for reasons of public interest
If you are going to request the exercise of the right of opposition, you must indicate it in the request, as well as the identification of the treatment or treatments on which you are exercising the right of opposition.

The interested party will have the right to request SeeYouZooM to delete the personal data that concerns them when any of the following circumstances occur:
- The personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed
- The interested party withdraws the consent on which the treatment is based and this is not based on another legal basis
- The interested party opposes the treatment and other legitimate reasons for the treatment do not prevail
- Personal data has been unlawfully processed
- The personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation established in the Law of the Union or of the Member States that applies to the data controller
- Right to have any link to your personal data removed when there is an obligation to delete them (right to be forgotten)
However, this right is not unlimited, in such a way that it may be feasible not to proceed with the deletion when the treatment is necessary for the exercise of freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, or for the formulation, the exercise or defense of claims.
If you are going to request the exercise of the right of deletion, you must indicate it in the request, as well as the identification of the treatment or treatments on which you are exercising the right of deletion.

It is the right to limit the processing of your personal data in the following cases:
- When the accuracy of the personal data is contested, during a period that allows the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of the data
- The treatment is unlawful and the interested party opposes the deletion of the personal data and instead requests the limitation of its use
- The Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the person concerned needs them for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims
- The interested person has opposed the treatment, while it is verified if the legitimate reasons of the Treatment Manager prevail over those of the interested person
If you are going to request the exercise of the right of limitation, you must indicate it in the request, as well as the identification of the treatment or treatments on which you are exercising the right of limitation and the data controller.

It is the right to receive your personal data, in a structured format, of common use and mechanical reading, and to transmit it to another person in charge of the treatment provided that the treatment is carried out by automated means.
Said right must be applied when the person concerned has provided the personal data giving their consent or when the treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract. It should not be applied when the treatment has a legal basis other than consent or contract.

This right is intended to guarantee that you are not subject to a decision based solely on the processing of your data, including profiling, which produces legal effects on the person or significantly affects him in a similar way.
Regarding this profiling, it is any form of processing of your personal data that evaluates personal aspects, in particular analyzing or predicting aspects related to your performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences or interests, reliability or the behavior.

The interested party can exercise their rights by sending a request letter, with the reference «Data Protection», attaching a copy of their DNI, or equivalent identification document, to the address or email account —detailed above— in the contact of the person in charge of the Treatment.
The interested party may revoke the consent given for the processing of their personal data at any time by writing to SeeYouZooM at the address or email account —detailed above— in the contact of the Data Controller, with the reference «Data Protection», attaching a copy of your DNI or equivalent identification document, without this revocation of consent affecting the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
